How do we do this? We use the latest technology to operate our booking system, which means you can see in real time when we can work on your car. Once you’ve booked, you will receive a confirmation, as will we. This is our prompt to order whatever parts you need so they’re here when you are, and importantly, to catch any delivery issues early.
Once your car is in the workshop, we will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your vehicle and, most importantly, discuss your work options with fully itemized quotes and timescales so you know where you stand at all times.
Finally, and what we see as most important—our team. We have a standard when we recruit our team. Firstly, we seek the best service advisors who not only understand our products and processes but also understand your vehicle and its requirements, as well as demonstrate a willingness to provide good customer service.
